New Townhomes for Families

The Shoreline Row

Townhomes with traditional exteriors that blend with neighborhood character, while housing modern interiors.

Composed of six townhomes, this transit-oriented development pairs modern, open floor plans and amenities with a more traditional exterior featuring a multi-gabled roofline that complements the existing neighborhood character.

The units are within walking distance to a new light rail station. Designed for small families looking for a starter home, each has three bedrooms, three baths, a den, a roof deck off the primary bedroom, and even a (rare) two-car garage with a permeable driveway.

Three large evergreen trees along the east help nestle the development into its context in a neighborhood with a developed tree canopy. And, while residents may often return home in their vehicles, the pedestrian experience is attended to, with landscaped beds along the sidewalk and an arbor marking the entrance to the property that supports a flowering vine.

We enjoyed creating townhomes that step away from the region’s prolific “modern boxes,” and we look forward to seeing this new development realized and occupied!
