Erin Parker, RA, NCARB
Senior Associate, Architecture
Erin is an architect who believes great design is the result of identifying efficient solutions, responsive communication, and always maintaining a sense of humor. As a Senior Associate focusing on multifamily housing, Erin loves complicated projects that require creative problem-solving, passion, and tenacity. She understands that each project is truly unique in its context, environment, and culture — never taking a “one size fits all” approach.
With nearly two decades of experience, Erin has touched all phases of project work. Her career has spanned multifamily, large adaptive reuse, commercial, and single-family architecture, with a heavy focus on large, urban, multifamily complexes exceeding 150 units. From interfacing with clients, budgeting, and project management, to construction observation and contract administration, Erin has been an integral part of seeing many major projects through from start to finish.
Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Oregon with a minor in American History. She has been a licensed architect since 2012. In her free time, Erin enjoys drawing, painting, and sailing. On weekends, she can most likely be found racing or repairing sail boats.
