A Gated Community of Patio Homes & Townhouses

The Residences at the Club

Nestled alongside a golf course, these contemporary homes offer recreation just outside the door.

The Residences at the Club are a private, planned community located in Bellingham, Washington. The development consists of a total of 67 homes, including eight patio homes and 59 townhomes. A permanent greenbelt lies between the gated community and a golf course.

Inspiration for the community came from a desire to complement the existing rustic lodge aesthetic of the Bellingham Golf & Clubhouse, while providing a chic, contemporary design and palette for the residential community. The result is a collection of sleek, yet cozy homes with a modern mix of painted and natural wood exteriors.

All eight patio homes share a floor plan consisting of two stories. On the first floor of each home, the kitchen, living and dining spaces, a powder room, and primary bedroom suite are joined by a two-car garage. On the second level, the homes are completed by two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge area, and a large, covered deck.

The townhomes are designed with two different plan options on three stories. Each plan includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, a bonus room, and a two-car garage.

The homes feature two distinct, yet equally elegant palettes with stainless steel appliances, matte black finishes, and a combination of light and dark wood casework and flooring, marble countertops, and ceramic tiles. The “Baker” palette also features a deep teal blue accent, while the “Samish” palette features accents in sage green.

With the golf course so close at hand, there is a natural recreational extension from the homes with outdoor leisure opportunities right outside their doors.
