Andrea is an architect excited by creating beautiful and sustainable housing for all. Reliable, analytical, and observant, Andrea is an asset to both clients and consultants, collaborating across disciplines, offering ideas for improving processes, and relishing all phases of project work. Andrea favors simple, elegant, and efficient design that can withstand the test of time.
Andrea specializes in multifamily design, with additional experience in commercial and custom residential projects in the Seattle area and beyond. As a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC), she is dedicated to pushing the envelope for sustainable design and focuses on incorporating beneficial sustainable strategies into her projects.
Originally from Indiana, Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Visual Art from Goshen College. She earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon, where she was a teaching fellow for courses in architectural design, history, and theory. Outside of the office, Andrea often takes a break from buildings altogether and sails on her 35’ sailboat, Gusto.
