Edgardo Arroyo, AIA
Associate, Architecture
Edgardo is inspired by the sensory experience of the urban environment – the social and pedestrian perspectives, noises, and smells provide the context for his holistic approach to multifamily design. He loves exploring design through the eyes of the end-user to develop final products that are sensitive to their communities and settings.
Edgardo’s approach celebrates the iterative process and prioritizes collaboration across all project stakeholders. He earned a Master of Architecture degree with an Architecture & Urban Design concentration from the University of Puerto Rico. His diverse project experience has allowed Edgardo to travel and work all over the world (including his native Puerto Rico, Barcelona, and New York City) on a variety of projects, such as multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, and academic facilities.
When Edgardo isn’t in the studio, he likes to play tennis, watercolor, and plan elaborate Halloween costumes with his daughter. You’ll most likely find him outside, traveling, drinking, eating, and sketching along a boulevard somewhere.
