As Client Care Manager, Malcom is a dedicated liaison between our clients and their design team. Curious by nature, he listens to understand, gaining valuable perspectives on our clients and their goals. He is passionate about providing a high-quality, individualized client experience, regardless of scope, scale, or project type.

At Board & Vellum, Malcom merges his love of art and design with his drive to help others find success. Committed to constantly improving our business development processes, Malcom is quick to identify obstacles, collaborate on solutions, and leverage software — building systems for proactive client support allowing everyone to focus their energy where it’s best served.

Malcom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Webster University, minoring in Japanese Language after a year abroad in Osaka, Japan. Outside the office, you’ll find Malcom wherever you also find a rich espresso, a sidewalk vegetable garden, or a patio brunch.
