Just Label

Board & Vellum is proud to have achieved a Just label, a leading metric for measuring social justice and equity in the workplace. The Just program was created by the International Living Future Institute (ILFI) as a voluntary disclosure tool for organizations to evaluate themselves through the lens of social justice.

Board & Vellum has always strived to be a forward-thinking design firm fostering a healthy and equitable workplace, and the Just program gives us ongoing assessments and detailed metrics for Diversity & Inclusion, Equity, Employee Health, Employee Benefits, Stewardship, and Purchasing & Supply Chain to help us reach even further towards our goals.
