2024 Night of the Stars Finalist for Multifamily Residential Urban Development

Recognizing project teams for their local impact and contributions.

In 2024, Board & Vellum was honored with a nomination in NAIOP Washington State’s Night of the Stars Awards.

With the Night of the Stars Awards, NAIOP Washington State recognizes companies for their impact on the local market, honoring projects that contribute to the community, market adaptability, and ingenuity. Office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and multifamily development projects are all eligible in a number of categories, ranging from affordable housing developments to re-development and renovations.

Our Stellar Apartments project was honored as a finalist in the category of Multifamily Residential Urban Development of the Year with More Than 100 Units. The project is located in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, and deeply influenced by its urban location. With 160-units, including ground-level live/work units, Stellar is underpinned by its “Aurora Borialis” concept, adding to the urban fabric with an enhanced pedestrian experience that contributes to the neighborhood’s vibrancy.
